A protest will be held aginst Philadelphia Inquirer reprinting the inflamatory cartoon. This protest is being held by the Muslim organizations of Philadelphia, on Saturday, Feb 11th at 1:00 P.M.

Early Tuesday morning, (3:45 AM) 52 shots were fired at cars parked in the Parking lot of North Penn Mosque, Lansdale. A suspect has been arrested. CAIR has asked for Federal charges.
An Eid party was held for children of all ages at Lansdale, Alhamdolillah, on Sunday 11/6. The activities included an intense football match for the teenagers, a potluck dinner and snacks, baloons, bubbles and many other activities. a large number of families and guests including teachers and principals attended and had a very good time .

Alhamdolillah the community day was held at the North Penn Mosque on August 13th. Despite the blistering heat, many people visited and enjoyed the company, food and activities. Visitors included members of Congressperson's office. Democratic candidate Bill Gross for city council also visited with his team.

Alhamdolillah over thirty teens and volunteers participated in the North Penn Masjid summer camp. The camp started on Friday 7/22 and ended at Zuhar on Sunday. The White water rafting trip was adventurous and satisfying. The participants learned team work and endurance in an islamic atmosphere.
Insha Allah the summer camp is scheduled for Friday July 22nd.
Participants and Volunteers are needed.
Activities include:
- Islamic Workshops and Role Play
- Capture the Flag
- Rafting, Horseback Riding or Mountain Biking
- Camping in Tents
- Team Building and much more.

Alhamdolillah! The Why Islam booth at Lansdale Day went very well. A large number of brochures and books were given out to the visitors. Many visitors to the booth expressed interest in Islam. Many wanted to visit a Mosque and were invited to the community day at North Penn Masjid. The visitors to the booth included the local Democratic party representatives and the chief of Police.
